Position: Dynamic Controller with Payroll Focus
Lead the accounting team as a Controller, overseeing payroll, full cycle accounting, and financial reporting. This mid-senior role requires a CPA and five years of relevant experience.

In this Controller position, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, payroll systems, and vendor payments.

Your role includes reviewing bank reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and working papers. Collaboration with the Finance Director and oversight of the AP Clerk and Payroll Administrator will be key in maintaining orderly financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise full cycle accounting operations

• Finalize and review vendor invoices and payments

• Conduct bank reconciliations for accuracy

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

• Manage preparation of GST, PST, and audit reports

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in mid-senior accounting roles

• CPA designation essential

• Proficiency in computerized accounting systems

• Knowledge of SAP ByDesign preferred

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
