In your role as Controller, you'll own the integrity of Layer Zero's financial processes, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. You'll lead core accounting operations while developing scalable policies that align with US GAAP regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closes

• Oversee general ledger, consolidation, and audit processes

• Implement automated workflows in key accounting areas

• Develop compliance strategies with international regulations

• Build and nurture a strong accounting team

Requirements:

• 10-15+ years of accounting experience required

• Must hold CPA designation

• Deep familiarity with Net Suite is essential

• Prior experience in a high-growth, tech-centric role

• Understanding of digital asset accounting implications
