Payroll and Accounting Leader

Step into a leadership role as Payroll and Accounting Manager for a distinguished investment firm in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. This is an opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about payroll and financial management.

Ideal candidates will have a solid background with at least five years in payroll management and four in accounting. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee end-to-end payroll for a diverse employee base while managing compliance, documentation, and office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing across BC, ON, and AB

• Manage benefits administration and regulatory payroll obligations

• Act as the contact for payroll audits and external advisors

• Prepare detailed payroll reports and financial insights

• Supervise office operations and enhance administrative support

Requirements:

• 5+ years in payroll management, particularly in finance

• 4+ years of accounting experience

• Valued experience in office administration

• PCP or PLP certification preferred

• Five days in-office attendance mandatory
