As a crucial member of the Finance team, the Accounting Administrator will handle various accounting administration tasks. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience and a solid foundation in finance or accounting principles. This role emphasizes collaboration and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a customer-service driven culture within finance

• Manage Accounts Receivable, including cheque collection

• Prepare invoices and hold back packages efficiently

• Analyze aging reports for timely resolution of outstanding items

• Aid in month-end close processes and maintain records

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance

• Degree, diploma, or certification in a related field

• Strong business communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with accounting software considered an asset
