Administrative Accounting Assistant Role

This integral role involves working under the Supervisor, Administrative Accounting, to ensure accurate invoice processing and bank transaction monitoring. You will leverage your strong accounting background and intermediate Excel proficiency to assist with reconciliations and audit documentation. Engaging with both internal and external entities, your focus on detail will drive success in timely payment resolutions and monthly close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate data entry for accounts receivable procedures

• Allocate and track bank transactions consistently

• Maintain updated customer master files accurately

• Review accounts payable invoices for compliance and correctness

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and financial statements as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting or pursuing an accounting bachelor's degree

• Strong communication to liaise with stakeholders effectively

• Familiarity with billing and payment processes to ensure accuracy

• Intermediate Excel skills are essential for this role

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
