Senior Internal Auditor Coastal Health

In this senior role, you will report to the Manager of Internal Audit Services while indirectly supporting the Director and Chief Assurance Officer. Your expertise will enable you to develop comprehensive audit programs, with an emphasis on performance and operational audits for FNHA, NHA, PHC, and VCH. Collaborating with all management levels, you'll identify control deficiencies and recommend impactful changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute large-scale risk-based internal audits

• Develop audit programs for financial and operational assessments

• Coordinate and monitor audit tasks to meet deadlines

• Investigate internal system deficiencies and compliance

• Liaise with stakeholders on internal control matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with CPA/CIA/CISA certification

• Minimum five years of related audit experience

• Proficient in audit standards and methodologies

• Strong communication and conflict management skills

• Experience with IT audits and investigations
