Senior Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review annual income tax provisions according to US GAAP

• Draft tax-related financial statement disclosures and footnotes

• Implement new tax accounting pronouncements and strategies

• Improve internal controls over financial reporting for income taxes

• Collaborate with tax colleagues on ongoing tax initiatives
Requirements:

• 7 years of accounting & finance experience, 4+ in tax

• Canadian CPA and/or US CPA designation required

• Proficient in US GAAP and ASC 740

• Experience with Pillar Two, CbCR, and GILTI preferred

• Strong Excel and tax preparation software skills
