Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full accounting functions in Canada and the U.S.

• Design scalable accounting systems and procedures

• Coach and develop junior accounting staff

• Build financial structures for complex marketing investments

• Collaborate with executives on cash flow and reporting
Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• 7-10 years of accounting leadership experience

• Experience in cross-border accounting

• Multi-entity accounting management skills
