Accounting Leader

This role, reporting to the Controller, places you in charge of managing full-cycle accounting activities, including leading monthly closings and supervising the Accounts Payable team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closing and ensure timely records

• Analyze and prepare comprehensive financial statements

• Supervise reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

• Direct payroll and accounts payable accounting

• Mentor junior staff and facilitate continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of accounting experience in relevant fields

• Proficient in ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Capable of managing time effectively to meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills to liaise cross-functionally
