You will manage AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close while establishing scalable systems for the future. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, and reconciliations

• Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and cash tracking

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records

• Support financial reporting and budgeting activities

• Partner with external accountants for tax and compliance audits

Requirements:

• 4+ years of accounting experience in a SaaS company

• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting principles

• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and similar platforms

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• CPA designation (or in progress) is a plus
