12-Month Accounts Payable Specialist Position

Take on a 12-month contract as an Accounts Payable Specialist with Concert Properties.

Your role will be key in ensuring accurate invoice processing for various accounting teams.

Concert Properties welcomes an Accounts Payable Specialist focused on quality support for Income Producing Properties, Development, and Corporate Accounting teams. With a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, you'll enhance processes and maintain vendor payment accuracy. Strong analytical and organizational skills will support your success in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the IPP accounts payable process (P2P)

• Assist with system testing and development when needed

• Follow up on invoices with the property management team

• Oversee coding and approvals for non-P2P invoices

• Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in full-cycle accounts payable

• Yardi 7S knowledge is beneficial

• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Capable of working independently and swiftly learning
