This role requires at least five years of experience in collections or accounts receivable while supervising a team. The ideal candidate excels in communication and analytical skills, facilitating timely collections that improve cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the collections team in daily activities

• Oversee the recovery of outstanding invoices across all practice groups

• Monitor aged accounts and identify collection risks

• Conduct regular reviews of overdue balances with stakeholders

• Serve as the escalation point for complex collection issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in Collections or Accounts Receivable

• Previous leadership experience in a team setting

• Strong knowledge of collections practices

• Experience with financial systems like Elite 3E

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
