As a part of MNP’s tax team, the Articling Accountant role provides hands-on experience in developing technical skills related to tax strategies and compliance. This full-time position calls for new talent eager to engage with clients and master the complexities of tax regulations in Canada, while collaborating closely with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical skills in bookkeeping, tax, and reports

• Analyze financial data and tax issues relevant to clients

• Establish client files and conduct inventory counts

• Prepare tax returns and compute taxes owed for various entities

• Maintain and improve work processes using internal systems

Requirements:

• Ongoing bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• Completion of CPA PEP prerequisites upon employment

• Previous office experience in tax or accounting preferred

• Experience with relevant accounting software

• Willingness to travel as required
