Key Responsibilities:

• Direct month-end close processes and financial reporting

• Identify and address technical accounting issues

• Mentor accountants to develop their skills further

• Liaise with auditors for timely statutory filings

• Implement efficient software solutions for automation

Requirements:

• CPA with 5+ years of progressive experience

• Expertise in US GAAP and complex accounting

• Proven history of managing multi-currency organizations

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems
