Fund Services Assistant Manager Role

Reporting to the Executive Director of Private Assets, this full-time role emphasizes experience in Private Equity and strong leadership skills. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for operational issues, assess workloads, and ensure high-quality service through effective team coordination and oversight of fund administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for operational questions and issues

• Assess and coordinate daily tasks within the team

• Perform accounting for a portfolio of private funds

• Prepare and review management reports and statements

• Collaborate on client onboarding and servicing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Accountancy

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of Private Equity and fund accounting systems

• Proficient in IFRS and US GAAP standards

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
