Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and code AP invoices

• Manage inquiries through the AP shared inbox

• Reconcile vendor statements with internal records

• Prepare and track invoices for accounts receivable

• Create and manage purchase orders based on contracts

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in accounts payable

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy

• Effective communication and organization skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
