Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial reporting and variance commentary

• Analyze monthly reports to identify key trends

• Support budget preparation and annual forecasts

• Assist in year-end audit processes

• Conduct accounting research and financial statement preparation

Requirements:

• CPA designation completed or in progress is preferred

• Minimum 2 years in full cycle accounting

• 2 years property management accounting experience

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
