Accountant with Canucks Sports & Entertainment

Take on the role of Accountant at Canucks Sports & Entertainment, where you'll contribute to financial statement preparation and budget tracking. This full-time position is in-office.

Reporting to the Controller, your responsibilities will involve comprehensive accounting tasks, including managing intercompany reconciliations and supporting annual audits. You'll work closely with different teams, ensuring financial accuracy by handling bank reconciliations and preparing tax filings for various entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and reporting

• Maintain and reconcile purchasing credit card accounts

• Prepare and manage labor tracking reports

• Approve employee expenses in SAP Concur

• Assist in special financial projects as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of general accounting experience

• Degree in Accounting or Business preferred

• Strong Excel and reporting skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
