Colliers International is seeking a Property Accountant to join its dynamic team in Toronto or Vancouver. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will prepare financial reports for individual properties or portfolios and ensure timely closings and audits.
Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in commercial real estate property accounting, CPA designation (strong asset), and strong communication. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Yardi is preferred. Hybrid work model available.
