Key Responsibilities:

• Execute semi-monthly payroll processing for various employees

• Update employee payroll records, including hires and terminations

• Process timesheets, overtime, and leave of absence

• Manage payroll journal entries and monthly reconciliations

• Support the accounting department with various duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll

• Familiar with ADP Workforce Now and accounting principles

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality understanding

• Willingness to remain updated on payroll legislation
