Accounting Associate Aquarium

As a critical member of the Finance Department, the Accounting Associate will support the Accounts Payable function and assist with revenue accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure timely processing of transactions and robust internal controls, contributing to accurate financial records within the Aquarium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Review invoices for completeness and coding accuracy

• Maintain supplier records and handle vendor inquiries

• Prepare and distribute daily revenue summary reports

• Assist with month-end Accounts Payable procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping is an asset

• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
