Position: Vancouver Tax Associate Opportunity
Take your first step in tax at Davidson & Company as a Private Enterprise Tax Associate. This role, based in downtown Vancouver, paves the way for your CPA journey with comprehensive training and mentorship.

As an Associate in the Tax group, you’ll focus on Canadian tax compliance, gaining experience with corporate, personal, and partnership returns. Learn from seasoned professionals, developing the technical skills needed to provide impactful advisory services while working across various industries, including cryptocurrency and cannabis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax returns for diverse private company clients

• Conduct compilation engagements per CSRS 4200

• Assist seasoned tax professionals in compliance and planning

• Analyze and prepare relevant financial documentation

• Establish client relationships to foster trust and service

Requirements:

• Completed undergraduate degree with CPA prerequisites

• Aspiration for CPA via Direct-to-Tax path

• Background in tax or accounting advantageous

• Experience in client service is a plus

• Familiarity with Caseware preferred
