Position: Accounting Clerk Opportunity with Dilawri

Reporting to the Accounting Manager/Controller, the Accounting Clerk plays an integral role in ensuring accurate transactions are completed on time. You will collaborate closely with various departments to support financial operations and maintain vendor relationships. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and can handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and code vendor invoices in the CDK system

• Match invoices to supporting documentation

• Conduct bi-weekly and monthly payment processes

• Reconcile electronic funds transfer payments

• Respond to accounts payable inquiries

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in Accounting

• Previous experience in an Accounting role

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset

• Strong detail-oriented skills and accuracy

• Ability to meet tight deadlines
