Position: Accounting Associate for Aquilini Group

The Junior Accountant role focuses on daily accounting tasks within the Finance team servicing both PH Restaurants LP and Aquilini Cool Treats LP. You will be instrumental in managing bank reconciliations, processing payments, and preparing financial reports. By working closely with various teams, you will ensure operational objectives are met through accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations

• Process accounts payable transactions efficiently

• Support month-end closing procedures

• Generate internal reports for financial assessments

• Maintain updated vendor information in SAGE 300

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of accounting experience required

• Diploma or degree in accounting is necessary

• CPA PEP program nearing completion is advantageous

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and SAGE 300

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
