Manager – Financial Reporting & Analysis

Our client is a leading edge Hi-Tech Company. Due to impressive growth, an excellent position has arisen for a Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis. Major responsibilities include preparing/reviewing annual, monthly and quarterly financial statements, management and corporate reporting, preparing/coordinating annual budgets, preparing monthly projections, coordinating quarterly and annual audits with company auditors, promoting and coordinating implementation of accounting systems enhancements, assisting the CFO with special projects, developing/documenting internal controls and maintaining their integrity, etc.

Candidates should be a designated CPA and have several years experience as a Controller or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with public company reporting and accounting issues for both Canada and US would be an asset. You should have excellent organizational skills and proven leadership capability and attention to detail required.
