Drax is seeking a Financial Controller to spearhead corporate reporting, accounts payable, and payroll functions. This position requires expertise in establishing internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You'll be responsible for improving systems and processes that drive financial accuracy and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end financial processes and journal entry preparation

• Oversee audits and collaborate with external reporting teams

• Streamline accounts payable processes for efficiency

• Manage payroll efficiency projects and team oversight

• Ensure adequate cash flow and treasury management

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• 5-7 years managing high-performing accounting teams

• CPA certification and relevant degree

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and corporate taxation

• Proficiency in D365 and advanced Excel skills
