Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for collection support for Matter Billing Professionals, ensuring timely account resolution, and managing outstanding accounts. This position demands strong communication and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple clients and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collection actions for assigned Matter Billing Professionals

• Prepare correspondence for delinquent accounts

• Investigate and reconcile disputed account balances

• Produce reports on collection efforts and results

• Collaborate with teams for efficient payment processing

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in credit and collections

• High School Diploma; accounting diploma is an asset

• Knowledge of accounting software and banking procedures

• Strong bilingual communication skills (French/English)

• Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
