In this hands-on role, you will establish financial infrastructure for a rapidly growing and multi-jurisdiction startup. Your responsibilities include developing processes, managing local tax compliance, and overseeing consolidated financial reporting. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic insight as you implement GAAP-compliant accounting practices and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end financial processes and internal controls

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries

• Implement technical accounting standards for revenue recognition

• Coordinate board and investor reporting processes

• Manage relationships with local accounting firms for compliance

Requirements:

• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting credentials

• 3+ years of experience as a Finance Controller

• Hands-on experience with Quick Books Online (QBO)

• Background in multi-entity financial consolidation

• Strong communication skills in reporting and external relations
