Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate finance professionals

• Oversee financial control systems and accounting policies

• Provide timely monthly financial reporting with variance analysis

• Prepare and facilitate annual audits and compliance reporting

• Support tax compliance and working capital management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• CPA designation is mandatory

• 5–8 years of accounting and finance experience

• At least 2 years of management experience

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
