BDO is on the lookout for a Senior Manager to join the Transaction Tax Services team, spearheading complex tax due diligence engagements and mitigating potential tax liabilities. You'll help clients navigate their tax challenges while leading and developing a team, contributing to client satisfaction and firm growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax due diligence for transactions

• Design tax-efficient structures for clients

• Collaborate in fund design and management

• Mentor staff and enhance their capabilities

• Drive client engagement and business development

Requirements:

• CPA or LLB required

• Minimum of 5 years in tax-focused professional services

• Completion of a Master of Taxation or similar program

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Fluent in English for documentation purposes
