As part of the Finance team, we are responsible for the overall integrity, controls and reporting of lululemon’s global inventory. With over $1B in inventory spread across 1,000+ stores and 13 distribution centers, we work cross functionally with many teams in the business to produce accurate inventory information.

• Month end journal entry preparation, account analysis, reconciliation and review of assigned B/S and P&L accounts
• Analysis and application of GAAP requirements related to inventory
• Resolving accounting issues related to inventory and sales that have been escalated and concise documentation of conclusions
• Preparation and documentation of supporting information as needed for internal, external and regulatory audits
• Performing monthly & quarterly control requirements and regular assessment of control needs
• Develop procedures to improve processes
• Review and update procedure documents and policies
• Work cross functionally with other teams and departments to support appropriate accounting of inventory

• A business degree in accounting or finance
• A CPA designation or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional work experience
• Month end close and reporting and experience is an asset
• Inventory accounting experience and knowledge of US GAAP is an asset
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Spreadsheet Server, or equivalent, an asset
• Good working knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in Excel
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and capable of meeting tight timelines
• Ability to suggest alternatives and ideas for improvement.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from$88,200 - $115,800
annually
; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
