You will maintain precise records for CAD and USD entities, manage bank reconciliations, and process supplier invoices. Proficiency in Quick Books Online and strong Excel skills are essential as you support timely monthly closures and payroll data preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records in Quick Books Online for two entities
• Prepare and document accounting entries with clear supporting evidence
• Conduct weekly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Process vendor invoices and manage approvals effectively
• Identify automation opportunities utilizing AI tools
Requirements:
• CPA program enrollment is a plus but not mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience required
• Hands-on experience with Quick Books Online essential
• Strong Excel skills and data handling ability
• Demonstrated comfort with technology and AI tools
