Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices in the CDK system

• Conduct bi-weekly and monthly cheque processing

• Reconcile EFT payments and vendor statements

• Maintain an organized filing system for documents

• Address inquiries related to accounts payable

Requirements:

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• Relevant experience in Deal Clerk or accounting roles

• Automotive industry background is a plus

• Strong communication skills for external interactions
