The Accountant will play a key role in enhancing our accounting practices in Vancouver. This position demands strong compliance orientation and the ability to manage month-end tasks, account reconciliations, and detailed financial reporting. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure adherence to Canadian accounting standards while maintaining a streamlined accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to month-end accounting tasks and entries

• Prepare detailed account reconciliations and schedules

• Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting

• Assist with the monthly and quarterly financial reporting

• Support SOX-related audits with accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation or equivalent is a must

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Understanding of financial reporting and compliance

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis
