Position: Accounting Clerk with WildBrain Studios

As you report to the Accounting Supervisor, you'll engage in daily accounting activities including invoice processing and credit card transactions. This position calls for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing invoices and coding for payments

• Match billbacks and verify vendor details

• Prepare journal entries and manage credit card documentation

• Maintain organized filing systems for audits

• Support with monthly reconciliations and documentation tasks

Requirements:

• Completion of courses in accounting or business-related fields

• Preferably 1+ year in an accounting role

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is beneficial

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required
