The full-time role demands leadership in audit and compliance engagements while fostering strong client relationships. You'll manage the complete engagement process, from planning to execution, ensuring quality assurance and value-addition.
Your role will also include mentoring team members and contributing to their professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client engagements for audits and financial reviews
• Deliver insightful reports and technical expertise
• Manage project financials and client relationships
• Monitor quality control and address client-specific issues
• Explore business development opportunities in local markets
Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years in public accounting
• Familiarity with ASPE, IFRS, US GAAP, etc.
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Expertise in accounting and business strategy
• Preparedness for travel as necessary
