Assistant Controller - Finance Team Leadership

Reporting to the Controller, this role allows you to leverage your accounting skills and leadership abilities to mentor a dedicated team while ensuring comprehensive financial reporting. Your impact will be felt throughout business development and financial processes as you work closely with FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and guide junior finance and accounting team members

• Ensure accuracy in financial control systems and daily operations

• Deliver insightful financial reports with KPI analysis

• Prepare documentation for audits and financial statements

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• CPA designation essential

• 5–8 years in accounting or finance roles

• 2 years of leadership experience preferred

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
