Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes efficiently

• Maintain general ledger accuracy in Net Suite

• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable workflows

• Document accounting processes for scalability

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years in accounting with public and in-house experience

• Proficiency in Net Suite and month-end close processes

• Understanding of US GAAP and accounting best practices

• Experience with payroll tools like ADP

• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
