Position: SkeenaGold Payroll Clerk Role
Become a Payroll Clerk for Skeena Gold + Silver in Vancouver, British Columbia, where you will handle payroll for a diverse team. Focus on maintaining accuracy and compliance in payroll administration.

In this position, you'll support the Payroll Administrator by streamlining the full-cycle payroll process for more than 450 employees. Key tasks include verifying hours, processing Records of Employment, and preparing payroll-related remittances. You will thrive in an environment that values diversity and inclusion while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process full-cycle semi-monthly payroll for 450+ employees

• Resolve discrepancies in employee hours effectively

• Administer benefits reconciliation for T4 tax purposes

• Handle Records of Employment submissions to Service Canada

• Serve as the initial contact for payroll queries

Requirements:

• Preferred post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Experience or actively pursuing Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification

• High proficiency in UKG software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
