As part of EY’s People Advisory Services, the Senior Manager for Global Mobility will lead efforts in Expatriate Tax, focusing on compliance and advisory solutions tailored to client needs. You'll analyze tax implications for cross-border work and develop strategies to enhance client experiences while ensuring economic viability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and teams worldwide

• Evaluate tax data for Canadian and US compliance

• Review and provide guidance on tax returns

• Pursue business development through client interactions

• Innovate service offerings for mobility

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in expatriate tax field

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related area

• CPA or EA credentials are advantageous

• Strong team leadership and research abilities

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
