Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash receipts and client account postings

• Process client invoices and track payments

• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve differences

• Prepare reports on accounts receivable as directed

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable

• Must be organized with strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with Aderant and MS Office software

• Excellent communication and client interaction skills

• Capacity to handle confidential financial data
