Atomic Cartoons, a Blue Ant Studios company, seeks a reliable Production Accountant to support its dynamic accounting team. This full-time role involves managing AP, remittances, and bank reconciliations effectively.
Bring your expertise to Atomic Cartoons, where your 2-3 years of accounting experience can shine. You will engage in daily tasks that support the studio's high-quality animated productions while collaborating closely with team members and focusing on precision in every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable efficiently for various productions
• Prepare Workers Compensation and BC EHT remittances
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations for accuracy
• Prepare GST/HST remittances as required
• Assist with month-end working papers and reports
Requirements:
• Degree or certificate in accounting or related training
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong Excel proficiency and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills in English
• Net Suite experience is an advantage
