Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate complex tax returns for corporate clients

• Mentor staff and provide performance guidance

• Serve as a key liaison for client service teams

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions tax matters

• Maintain awareness of current tax laws and practices

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or related field

• CPA, JD, LLM, or EA designation

• Minimum 7 years of Public Accounting experience

• Experience with S-Corps, C-Corps, or Partnerships

• Effective communication skills essential
