Accounts Payable Clerk

Position: Accounts Payable Clerk Role
Dometic is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Vancouver office, focused on processing invoices and vendor management. Your expertise will drive our financial operations.

As a vital member of the Accounts Payable team, you will report to the Assistant Controller, responsible for efficiently processing high volumes of invoices while ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. This role requires adept organization and strong communication skills as you manage vendor inquiries and execute weekly payment runs. You will contribute meaningfully to our mission of innovative solutions in the mobile living industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code invoices into the computerized accounts payable system

• Verify the accuracy of all invoices processed

• Reconcile various accounts and supplier statements

• Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and payments

• Prepare payments and maintain timely reports for management

Requirements:

• High School Graduation or equivalent

• Minimum two years relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication proficiency
