Senior Bookkeeper at MNP

In this role, you will oversee full cycle bookkeeping for MNP clients while ensuring accurate financial reporting and payroll administration. You’ll use your 3 years of experience and knowledge of cloud accounting software to support junior team members and manage critical financial processes for clients. The position encourages strong communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer complete bookkeeping processes for diverse clients

• Prepare payroll and manage government filings accurately

• Train and support junior bookkeeping staff effectively

• Conduct month-end and quarter-end closing procedures

• Reconcile various GL accounts, including cash and bank statements

Requirements:

• 3 years full cycle bookkeeping experience required

• Familiarity with cloud accounting tools like QBO or Xero

• Certificate in business administration or accounting preferred

• Understanding of basic accounting principles needed

• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
