Position: Intermediate Accountant at Live Nation

In this position, reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll manage various reconciliation tasks, including tax filings, bank activity, and AR invoices. As a key contributor in a busy environment, you will prepare intricate financial reports and ensure compliance with SOX controls. Your analytical skills will come to the forefront as you identify and implement process improvements throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax reconciliations and remittances

• Manage bank reconciliations for CAD and USD accounts

• Prepare and file T4A- yearly

• Investigate discrepancies in tax and bank transactions

• Assist with audit requests and maintain SOX documentation

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance

• 2+ years in tax and bank reconciliation

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred

• Familiarity with GST/PST regulations
