Position: Property Accountant with Commercial Focus

In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle accounting processes related to assigned properties. You will manage financial reporting, assist in budget preparation, and work closely with property managers. A degree in a relevant field and experience with tools like Yardi Voyager will enhance your candidacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze month-end financial statements

• Handle management fee and tenant chargebacks

• Conduct monthly cash-flow distributions

• Track capital expenditures and budget variances

• Supervise the review of accounts receivable issues

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in commerce or accounting

• At least two years' experience in property management accounting

• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail
