Key Responsibilities:

• Own the billing and receivables process for US partners

• Analyze and report on billing data to identify trends

• Partner with US Account Managers to resolve billing challenges

• Streamline the Order-to-Cash cycle for efficiency

• Manage billing inquiries focused on seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Experience in US billing and payroll processes

• Proficiency in Excel and large datasets

• Knowledge of Xero or large ERPs preferred

• Strong analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills

• Passionate about building scalable financial systems
