In this role, you'll lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements while collaborating with external auditors and supporting operational mines across North America. The ideal candidate excels in technical accounting and possesses strong public-company reporting experience. You’ll play a critical role in preparing MD&A, audit committee materials, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS

• Oversee financial consolidation and reconciliations

• Manage single entity reporting packages for tax compliance

• Ensure timely public filings and compliance requirements

• Liaise with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent required

• 7+ years in accounting with public accounting experience

• Extensive IFRS reporting experience required

• Mining or resource industry experience preferred

• Proficiency in Sage 300 and Excel skills required
