As a vital member of the Finance team, you'll manage a dedicated group of project accountants while overseeing the end-to-end accounting process. This role requires hands-on experience in construction accounting, providing leadership in budget management, job cost analysis, and team development to ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project accounting from budget setup to close-out

• Supervise and mentor project accountants on workloads

• Review job cost entries for accuracy and performance

• Approve project budgets and manage ongoing forecasts

• Monitor back charges and invoice workflows for accuracy

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred with 4+ years of experience

• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and communication

• Experience with Acumatica and advanced Excel skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
